Pricing

Due to the constant growth of the martialartsclubs.co.za website, we only offer flat rate pricing for 30 day periods for banner ads. Banner ads (with the exception of the MPU block) are shown across the whole site and therefore, pricing is calculated using monthly page impressions for the whole sie.

Terms and conditions

Term The minimum advertising period is 30 days. A longer term can be agreed upon by the advertiser and martialartsclubs.co.za.

Payment
Payment is made via paypal in the form of a donation. The rate shown by each ad unit should payable. Rates are liable to change after each term. Payment should only be made once the ad has been approved by a martialartsclubs.co.za administrator.

Content
martialartsclubs.co.za will not display any ads with adult content. Each ad will be review will be reviewed and will only be display on martialartsclubs.co.za if approved by an administrator

Website maintainance
All ad units will still be displayed whilst the website is undergoing mainaintence. Deployments will only occur when major changes need to be made and will be no more that once a week. These are carried out when the site statistically receives the least visitors (usually Sunadays, 2am). This will cause 10min of downtime, whereby the maintaince page will be displayed, containing the ad units

Cancellation
The ad can be cancelled at any time, This will result in the ad being removed immediately. Due to the length of the term, a refund, of 80% of the original price, will only be issued if the ad is displayed for less than 3 days. A full refund will only be issued if payment is made early and the ad is rejected.

How do I add a club

martialartsclubs.co.za is an open martial arts directory for South Africa. This means any instructor (or owner of a martial arts club) can add their club(s) to our database FREE OF CHARGE, in just a few simple steps.

  1. Register
  2. Login
  3. Click "ADD A CLUB"
  4. Complete the Form
  5. Done

If you own more than one club or teach more than one martial art, you can add another club by repeating steps 3 - 5.

To edit your club details, simply login, click "VIEW CLUBS" and click the "edit" button. If you have more than one club, you will have to select the club you wish to edit from the drop down list on the right.
